We require proof of the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella. We require proof of flea and tick and heartworm prevention (this can be a photo of receipts) and a clear fecal exam. All dogs in our care must have up to date vaccination records with us, it is the dog owner's responsibility to keep current. We will accept appointments without vaccinations, it is your responsibility to provide vaccinations prior to or day of appointment. 


We require a trial day for all dogs boarding with us. We cannot accept pets that have not completed a trial day for boarding. We accept friendly, social dogs that strive in this environment. Your pet must be able to recall reliably , to ensure a safe control of all pups at play. We will give puppies and shy pups a little extra time to adjust.


All payment for boarding is due before drop off. After you make a reservation you will be sent an invoice. This invoice MUST be paid prior to drop off or have a valid card on file. If you do not pay or have a card on file we will not be able to accept your pet. Purchase of a daycare package must be prior to your pets first day of daycare. If you do not have a package you will be charged 18$/ half day and 25$/full day. We are no longer offering boarding packages. Boarders must be arrive by 11:00am, exceptions can be made depending on your pet- please call or text prior to to it reservation. If your pet is super energetic we cannot approve late drop off.


Booking must be done 48 hours in advance- please do not bring your pet if your reservation has not been accepted. We only take reservations online, please do not call or email for reservations. Availability is limited, please book as early as possible. We limit bookings for safety and cannot make exceptions if we do not have space. You are expected at the time you book for your reservation- we give a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you appointment will be canceled and we will not accept your pet. You will be charged for the reservation plus 15$ wait fee. Please just let us know if you are running late or need to cancel- if daycare is canceled prior to appointment, you will not be charged, if boarding is canceled 72 hours in advance you will not be charged, we will always make exceptions of our cancelation fee policies for emergencies. After three missed appointments without notice we will not accept your pet anymore and any future reservations will be terminated.


We are by appointment only, if you do not see a time on the schedule we are not available- please plan accordingly to our hours and appointment times made. Please call, text or email and we will be happy to adjust your appointment times as needed. We understand with air travel, arrival time is not always certain just keep us posted on a pick up time- we are happy to be flexible with communication. 


We are closed for drop off and pick up on the following days February 16th, New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. If check ins/outs are booked on these days it will automatically be moved until 8:00am the following morning. We have limited appointments availability  of 8:00-9:00am on the following days Fourth of July and The day after Thanksgiving. We have limited appointment availability of 7:00am-8:00am and 5:00-6:00pm on the following days Labor Day and Memorial Day. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly to hours and your appointment times. Please do not ask for different times on these days. You will be charged a 300$ out of hour pick up fee for showing up to our facility outside of hours on closed or limited holidays. Please be respectful- we have strict rules to ensure safety of pets in our care and mental health of employees- we all deserve holidays with our families as well as breaks through long days. F.A.Q

What is our daily schedule?

Boarders wake up at 6:00am for their first outside time. Around 6:15am everyone eats breakfast, everyone rest until around 7:15am. After everyone has eaten the boarders and the daycare dogs mingle, when inside dogs are separated into groups of 2-10. We do not have scheduled outside trips during the day, our schedule forms to the dogs in our care. Boarding dogs eat at 6:15pm and go outside after as many times as needed/wanted.


Do we separate dogs by size?

We keep all sizes together. All dogs must pass a trial day and get along with all other sizes and temperaments.


Where will my dog sleep?

We offer community boarding. Your dog will sleep with a small group of other friendly dogs. We have comfy beds and couches for dogs to sleep on. Someone is onsite over night in case of emergency or extremely stressed pets.


What to bring for overnight Stays?

We require everyone to bring their own pet food, it can be individually bagged. This is to prevent allergic reactions and upset stomachs. Please do not bring scoops and dog bowls, we love to steal scoops and dog bowls!! You are welcome to bring beds, blankets or anything else to make your pet feel more comfortable. We have many destructive pets, we will do our best to keep your pets items safe but cannot guarantee that. 


What is a trial day?

A trial day will be an assessment day. Dogs must be friendly towards all other dogs and recall reliably. Dogs must stay a minimum of five hours and arrive before 11:00am. We do not do trial days within 5 days of major holidays and school breaks.


When can I tour the place?

We are not offering tours until further notice. We have a video tour of our place and post daily photos on our social media accounts! Thanks for understanding!

Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays availability will be show on our schedule when reservation is made.
